These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the S.Y.E.D Garment & Co website and any orders, quotes, or enquiries placed through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Quotes

• Product listings, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• A quote request or sample request is not a confirmed order until we've agreed on price, quantity, and terms directly with you.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and will be confirmed per order.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices shown on the Shop page are indicative and may vary based on customization, quantity, and destination.
• Payment terms (deposit, full payment, etc.) will be confirmed with you before production begins on bulk orders.

Production & Shipping

• Production lead times depend on order size, fabric, and finishing requirements, and will be confirmed at the time of order.
• We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Samples & Custom Orders

Sample costs, where applicable, will be communicated before you commit. Custom fabric, print, or embroidery orders are produced to your specification — please confirm all details (colors, sizes, quantities, artwork) before production begins, as custom orders may not be eligible for return once made. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

Any artwork, logos, or designs you provide for custom printing or embroidery remain your property. By submitting them to us, you confirm you have the right to use them and to have them reproduced on your order.

Limitation of Liability

We aim for consistent quality on every order, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, minor variations in color or fit typical of textile manufacturing, or issues outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
